01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the wi1wim platform — whether through the website, mobile app, or any other medium we provide — you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions outlined in this document.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the wi1wim platform. wi1wim reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Registered members will be notified via email or platform notification when significant changes are made.

02 Account Eligibility

To register and use the wi1wim platform, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• At least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Registering as an individual — not as a corporate entity or on behalf of a third party.
• Not appearing on any list of individuals prohibited from using online gambling platforms.
• Has full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not currently subject to any restriction or ban from using the wi1wim platform due to prior reasons.

03 Account Registration & Security

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at wi1wim at any one time. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are a serious violation of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being terminated and balances forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide true, accurate and up-to-date information. This includes your full name, date of birth, email address and any other requested details. wi1wim conducts a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to verify member identity — particularly before processing the first withdrawal or when account activity requires further verification.

• You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
• Notify wi1wim immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Wi1wim is not liable for any losses resulting from a member sharing their own login credentials.
• Wi1wim recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for stronger account security.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Wi1wim accepts deposits via a range of payment methods popular in Malaysia, including instant bank transfer (FPX) and digital wallets. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• Your first withdrawal requires completed identity verification (KYC) before it can be processed.
• Wi1wim reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals for investigation purposes if suspicious account activity is detected.
• Deposited funds may not be transferred to any third party under any circumstances.
• Any taxes or charges related to transactions are the sole responsibility of the member.

05 Betting & Game Rules

All games available on the wi1wim platform use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been audited by independent third parties. This ensures every game outcome is random, fair and free from any form of manipulation.

Wagers that have been placed and confirmed are final and cannot be cancelled. In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, wi1wim will resolve the issue based on available system records. wi1wim's decision in such matters is final.

• Minimum and maximum betting limits vary by game type and selected table.
• The use of automated software, bots, or any tools that provide an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to exploit technical bugs in games must be reported to wi1wim. Deliberate exploitation will result in account termination.
• Wi1wim reserves the right to void or cancel any wager involving fraud.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

Wi1wim offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward loyal members and welcome new ones. Each bonus carries specific terms and conditions that must be followed, including wagering requirements before any bonus value or winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Wi1wim reserves the right to cancel any bonus claimed illegitimately or through fraudulent means.
• If wagering requirements are not met within the specified period, the bonus will expire automatically.
• Every promotion has an expiry date that members should take note of.
• Wi1wim reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

07 Prohibitions & Enforcement Actions

Wi1wim takes platform integrity and the player community seriously. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination without balance refund:

• Multiple account ownership — registering more than one account to gain an unfair advantage.
• Identity fraud — providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Money laundering — using the wi1wim platform for illegal financial purposes.
• Collusion — colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Use of bots or automation — using software to play automatically on your behalf.
• Bug exploitation — deliberately exploiting technical vulnerabilities to obtain illegitimate wins.

08 Privacy & Data Protection

Wi1wim respects the privacy of every member and is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Personal information you provide during registration and platform use is collected, processed and stored in accordance with wi1wim Privacy Policy.

Wi1wim will not sell or disclose your personal data to third parties without your consent, except where required by law or for identity verification purposes through approved KYC partners. All data transfers are protected with appropriate encryption.

09 Liability Limits

Wi1wim provides this platform on an "as is" basis and does not guarantee that the service will always be free from technical disruptions. While we strive to keep the platform operating at its best at all times, occasional interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates or factors beyond our control.

• Wi1wim is not liable for any losses arising from internet connectivity disruptions on the user's end.
• Betting losses incurred under normal circumstances are entirely the member's responsibility.
• Wi1wim is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

10 Terms Amendment

Wi1wim reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. For significant amendments, wi1wim will provide at least 7 days' notice before the changes take effect, via registered email or in-platform notification.
